Yoga 4 Change is a non-profit organization that achieves lasting, demonstrative change for veterans, incarcerated individuals, vulnerable youth, and people living with mental health conditions through a purpose-driven yoga curriculum.

We want to make the practice of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and movement accessible to more people around the world. We assist in teaching people various forms of Yoga including Yoga for back pain, Yoga for athletes, Yoga for weigh loss, yoga for beginners, advanced yoga and chair yoga.
We were founded in Jacksonville, FL and we are currently offering programming in South Florida, Tampa Bay and Orlando via our evidence based, trauma-informed curriculum.
