This month has been a RIDE! I've suffered with bad skin for a long time, and this past month I've really been trying to get on top of my acne and try to be more confident in myself! I did this in a few ways...
- Skin fasting
- Zink and Omega 3 supplements
- Drinking 2l of water every day
- Eating more fruit and veg!
I can honestly say I can see a HUGE difference in my skin, and I'm feeling on top of the world! I'm going to be continuing with these habits and hopefully I can completely clear my skin in the not too distant future!
