6 years old girl was having recurrent respiratory infections. She was diagnosed as having PDA (patent ductus arteriosus) and was advised closure. It is a Percutanous closure of PDA. Surgical treatment of PDA requires long posterolateral incision. Here without incision it can be done. It is simple, safe and there is no scar.
